Contract Agreement

For all intents and purposes, a contract agreement has been reached when you (“Client”) and Cheryl Hendricks, aka Web Content Provider, (“Contractor”) agree on a price and a time period for completion of the project, and the client makes a payment through PayPal to Web Content Provider.

Contractor Obligations

Per this Contract Agreement, there are certain obligations that Contractor agrees to perform: 

  1. Contractor agrees to complete the project in a timely manner, in accordance with the initial estimate.
  2. Contractor agrees to communicate via email, or phone if necessary, in the event that there will be a delay in the completion of the project.
  3. Contractor agrees to respond within 24 hours (barring illness or computer issues) to any communication from Client
  4. Should the Contractor be unable to complete the project due to Contractor’s own fault, any remaining funds for unfinished work will be refunded, less an administration fee of no more than 20%.

Client Obligations

Per this Contract Agreement, there are certain obligations that the Client agrees to perform

1. Client agrees to provide all information requested by Contractor to complete the project. Depending on the project, this may include:

a.    Article titles
b.    Access to SBI account
c.    Access to Affiliate source
d.    Anything else considered vital to allow Contractor to fulfill project obligations

2. Client agrees to respond via email, or phone within  three days to all communications from Contractor

3. Client has 24 hours to cancel the order for a refund, less a 10% administrative fee and fees for articles that have already begun

Contract Abandonment

This contract will be considered abandoned at such a point that Client fails to communicate with Contractor in a reasonable time frame. Failure to fulfill Client Obligations as specified above, for a period of 60 days, will be considered contract abandonment. After which time, Contractor will be under no obligation to refund any of funds paid.

This Contract Agreement becomes effective for all clients and projects beginning May 4, 2011.
